Fulfillment Policy
Not finishing any course or program results in an member who didn't finish the intention of following an specific program. Courses for which there is an one time payment there is the possibility to get an full refund disregarding the reason or any question. Attendants that start a course and did not finish exactly half of the course can get an full refund. You can get this by sending an email to foundation@secondthoughtsintelligence.net. note your name, membership and concerned program from which you want to cancel, the start date of the program and get an refund. Refunds will appear back in your bank account maximum two working days after the attendant received an answer from the foundation department.
Attendants who applied for any course or program while being already an second thoughts member get the programs for free (stated in the membership accesses) quiting or cancelling in this way, for members is never an issue.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

 

Unless specifically stated in any Subscription offer or promotion when you place your Subscription order, you have the right to cancel your Subscription at any time. However, you will lose your right to a refund in relation to any issues that have been published or delivered before you cancelled. All refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, for each issue delivered. Second Thoughts Intelligence will refund the balance amount available in your account as books or digital downloads, as per your choice and not in monetary terms.
