Stephan Martin Vriesde, born in the Netherlands, is the founder of Second Thoughts Intelligence, a developing platform dedicated to exploring the intersection of mindfulness, knowledge, social awareness, and modern society.
Through this initiative he aims to create a network where writers, thinkers, and professionals can observe, reflect & integrate on interdisciplinary and mindful publications that stimulate deeper reflection and constructive dialogue.
Stephan completed the Bachelor's degree in Information Science and worked for National Television Broadcasting as an Editorial Manager for three years, all after he passed High College for his Hotel Management & Entrepreneurship studies.
Driven by a strong interest in mindfulness, lifestyle development, cultural awareness, and societal transformation, Stephan established the platform to support independent writers and contributors in publishing research, essays, and analytical articles across a wide range of topics. These include wellness, international affairs, cultural history, psychology, and the evolving relationship between technology and human consciousness.

Hailing from Edessa, Greece, Archontisa Denisa Kotsopoulou has always been fueled by a passion for design that sparked early on with three student art awards.
Today, she brings over 16 years of experience to the team, working as both an in-house and freelance graphic designer. For her, design is more than just a profession; it’s a way to bring ideas to life.
When she steps away from the screen, she loves the comfort of home, spending quality time with her loved ones, and, of course, the company of her four cats.

My name is Zara - author, academic and researcher from the United Kingdom. Istudied a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Applied Humanities. Myundergraduate degree focused on identity politics, looking at how literature shapesour views on social, cultural and political issues. My thesis examined the exposure ofdisabled women that are part of the LGBTQ+ community and has since beendeveloped through my master’s degree. Doing Applied Humanities has allowed me todevelop my research on health and wellbeing of disabled people and the influence onhealthcare to the ideology around disability.
have strengthened my knowledge on Queer Theory and use this to write romance novels for women that are part of the LGBTQ+ community. Through my writing, I aim to open minds to topics that aren’talways covered, such as the importance of human connection and relationships fordisabled people. The importance of the humanities on how the world is shaped issomething I feel strongly about and want to use my knowledge and research toeducate and advocate for it.

Fernanda Lagoeiro is a Brazilian journalist, communications strategist, and copywriter specializing in gender, climate change, and social impact.
